I’m looking for a plugin to replace Waves Vocal Rider. Can POWAIR do that? If so, please give me instructions on how to set it up.

Thanks for your message.
POWAIR does have a great Auto-Lelevler section.
I marked the four relevant controls in the screenshot below.

Target Level - where you aim your signal to be ‘around’.

Gain Range – how much room the leveler has to push the signal up or down.

Integration Time - Sets the speed of the Leveler’s automatic gain-riding action.

Noise Floor (NF) - below the threshold, the incoming audio won’t be affected.
The Leveler button is a handy on/off for just the leveler section.
