Dear Radicals,

Radical1 and Radical1 Solo v0.9.7 are now live!

This update brings several improvements, including pressure mapping updates, better sample auto pitch-detection, thumbnail views for envelopes and MSEG, display scaling that adapts better to your screen area, and various bug fixes.

What’s New in v0.9.7

New Features & Improvements:

  • Default mapping mode for pressure supports both MPE and Poly After-touch.
  • Improved additive sample auto pitch-detection.
  • Envelopes and MSEG thumbnail view.
  • Improved right-click support.
  • Improved Chorus FX behavior when being modulated.
  • Improved scaling behavior to adapt to possible screen area.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fix possible freeze when removing Radical1 (or Radical1 Solo) instance.
  • [AAX] Fix templates might discard template’s starred parameters.

PS: I can confirm that it no longer crashes JUCE Plugin Host when closing the Filter-Graph! I didn’t actually report this previously as it’s not a DAW (and it’s likely only me who uses it for running VST instruments in this manner)! However, I tend to use it to run VST’s that don’t have a standalone mode as it’s the simplest way to run it without clutter (and get immersed)… R1’s sounding great! :unicorn:
