Dear Radicals,
We’re very happy to share Radical1 v0.9.2 Open Beta.
Radical1 is our first step into a vivid, colorful world of additive synthesis. Created for musicians, sound designers, and curious creators, it blends spectral control, deep modulation, and musical movement into an instrument that feels alive under your hands.
A 14-day trial is also available. Simply run the installer, open your DAW, and click ‘Try’ in the iLok prompt.
Installers:
Release notes:
- Initial public Windows release!
- New radical presets!
- Aggregate Modifier / ability to modulate envelopes on global audio effects section.
- Allow “Module Input” as a route target.
- Additive Sample supports looping.
- Auto-scroll to Audio or MIDI effects (when non-sticky mode is being used).
- Minor improvements and bug fixes.
Known Issues:
- Windows: No visualization of notes on spectrograms.
- Windows: In some hosts, opening UI might takes up to a second.
- If upgrading from earlier versions, global settings will reset to defaults with an error dialog.
