HELP - How to preserve allignament settings when importing sesion data in protools?

Hi there,
I´m using AAP2 for some months and having some trouble with my workflow among my dialog editor now. I can see the allignament working on his sesion but when I import sesion data for mine sesion they disapeer. There is a way to preserve the allignament settings (or import then later?) Please help.
Im in the latest version of protools in Mac Os Sequoia.

Hi @lucascoelhodecarvalh,

Thanks for your message.

Currently, you can import tracks with Auto-Align Post ARA, but it might not be a smooth experience.

If you’re importing both the target and reference tracks, after importing, close and reopen the AAP UI, and the alignment will be restored.
In some cases, the aligned clips will say 'Alignment invalidated by edits and the imported reference track will not have ‘Ref’ turned on as expected, but the clips will be aligned.

I’d highly recommend doing a ‘Save Copy In’ of the session you’re working on, importing tracks into the copied save and make sure it’s working as expected.

I just documented a few issues relating to this, thanks to your question, and we’ll to our best to improve this workflow asap.

If you have any questions, let me know.
Thanks,

Oran
