Protools AAX mute when Record function?

Thanks for a great tool. Will the “mute when drooping into record” function ever be available for AAX ProTools?

Any known workarounds to make it happen?

Testing this soon but this is actually huge, no other software including protools can do this. Been waiting for software that can do this since before the pandemic. The only other way is in a bug in PT pre 2012.8 or something in an option in prefs.

You guys are crushing it.

I’ve been using mutetone with mutomatic for foley play to punch for years. Tritone Digital mutetone went out of business and now with this new update I only need one plug in. Sound Radix ROCKS! Thank you for making my work life a bit easier.

Finally!!! It’s mind boggling that at AVID they don’t even understand the problem.

The new update is great but still 1 problem in my case;
Set to mute when recording.
When you use pre roll during recording the plugin doesn’t mute DURING pre roll. This causes a problem for me because I want to mute the “booth” speaker when doing a take

Thanks for your message.

Muteomatic uses information provided by the host.
It seems Pro Tools doesn’t share information about pre-roll, it only informs us when the actual record is initiated.
