Auto Align 2 still shows old alignments in new project

Why is Auto Align showing old alignments from previous projects with no way to remove them. Also unable to find any owner’s manual for the plugin

Are you opening Auto-Align 2 in a new session and seeing the alignment of a different session?
You can reset Auto-Align 2 back to its initial state under Settings (bottom left of the UI)-> Reset → All.
