We’ve recently discovered a technical issue with our customer support system, which erroneously tagged as filtered some email messages and replies as ‘spam’ and as result didn’t reach our support team.
We’re happy to report that the issue is now resolved. Our team responded to each of the emails we missed in the past 30 days. Unfortunately, messages sent more than 30 days ago were lost.
